UX Designer (Temporary Full Time) - 12 months

Experience Designer - UI/Motion - Madden NFL

Please note this is a temporary role. Relocation is not offered. On-site/hybrid work is required from either Orlando, FL or Vancouver, BC.

What you will do:
• Help establish motion design principles, processes and standards to ensure we build engaging game feature experiences that exceed the expectations of our players
• Advocate and be responsible for user experience, product consistency, and design excellence across the product
• You will create concept sketches, experience storyboards, high fidelity designs, and rapid prototypes (Interactive or Motion) for game features
• Support UX/Visual team in enhancing product features with motion
• Ensure that design solutions are practical to build from an engineering and scope perspective
• You will guide meetings with design and product leadership to guide progress against goals and establish clear next steps
• Participate in sharing constructive feedback in design reviews based on product goals

Qualifications
• 6+ years of progressive responsibility in motion design/interactive design roles
• Expert capabilities in UI Interaction, Motion, Prototyping
• Experience presenting/pitching work to your team
• Well versed in facilitation techniques that allow groups to build clarity and understanding
• A portfolio of work that showcases relevant work that contains well thought out process and excellent craft execution
• You are experienced Figma, Adobe, 3D Software Packages (C4D etc.)
• BS or BA degree (or equivalent experience) in Human-Computer Interaction, UX/UI/Design Diploma or Degree, or a related area
• You will report to the Director of Experience Design
• Bonus: Experience working in Games, Avid Gamer

• Experience with the full development lifecycle (shipped multiple products)
