Just 13 miles south of Manchester and a 15-minute train journey, is the attractive market town of Wilmslow. Here amongst the boutique shops and independent cafes and bars is the stunning Playdemic studio. Acquired by EA in 2021, Playdemic is home to the top 10 grossing, BAFTA winning mobile smash – Golf Clash. Having opened at the beginning of 2020, our award-winning, bespoke studio space offers conventional desk space as well as indulgent breakout areas, meeting rooms and alternative workspaces. The office has been designed to create an environment that encourages and allows our team to do their very best work.

We're looking for a talented and highly motivated Senior UI Artist to join us at Playdemic! This is a fantastic opportunity to join an experienced team of artists and animators working on the BAFTA award winning mobile game; Golf Clash and help breathe life into new gameplay features.

Responsibilities:
• You will work with the Art Director to create and implement high quality user interface artwork that align with the games visual style.
• You will work with the Design team to visualise User Interface content and provide effective User Experience solutions.
• Mentor Junior and Intermediate level UI artists to inspire and push quality levels.
• Follow production pipelines, ensure production art is created efficiently for mobile platform and effectively integrated into the game.
• Strong understanding and execution of UI design
• Expert knowledge of industry standard asset creation and previsualisation software
• Ability to create efficient, high-quality art assets for use in mobile gaming
• Strong understanding of graphic design
• Strong understanding of UX design principles
• Passionate about sport titles
