Senior Treasury Analyst (Operations)
Reports To: Treasury Manager (Based in Redwood Shores, CA)
Location: Redwood Shores, CA
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
This role will support the Treasury Manager in the global treasury operations and bank connectivity functions. Candidates must be detail-oriented and have a demonstrated ability to work both independently and as a global team member. Quality and accuracy of the work product are paramount. The position requires interaction with all levels of staff and management as well as the external banking and investment community.
• Manage North American bank account structure: update bank signatories, maintain Know Your Customer (KYC) and account documentation, and administer various e-banking portals. Maintain accurate inventory of global bank accounts and signers. Prepare Report of Foreign Bank and Financial Accounts (FBAR) documentation
• Support day-to-day North American cash operations, including daily cash positioning, wire transfers, and ensuring adequate cash and liquidity is available to meet financial obligations
• Assist in the investment of EA's short-term corporate cash
• Support FX processes, including trade settlement and intercompany funding/settlements.
• Maintain Cash & Investment Portfolio Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) documentation and ensure ongoing compliance. Assist internal and external auditor walkthroughs and audit reviews
• Work closely with Treasury Manager to manage global projects and initiatives. Design reporting packages related to project status, banking partner Service Level Agreements (SLA), and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) metrics providing detailed visibility into treasury operations and projects
• Utilize excellent communication skills to liaise between Regional Controllers, International Accounting, Tax, A/P, A/R, Payroll, IT, and bank service providers.
• Perform ad hoc analyses and project scoping as requested.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
• 3+ years of domestic and international treasury experience in a public multinational company
• Strong work ethic, able to multi-task and complete deliverables with minimal supervision
• Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Treasury software experience in FXall, CitiDirect, Kyriba
• Working knowledge of Oracle 12, Power BI and Hyperion Enterprise
• Education: BA/BS degree in Business, Accounting or Finance

BASE SALARY RANGES
• California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento):
º $78,500 - $119,650
Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
