The EA SPORTS & RACING Central Operations team supports the ongoing growth and transformation of the division, aiming to support team health, engagement, and retention by providing a cohesive approach to connecting, learning and developing.

The Role

This organization-level role will work with the EA SPORTS & RACING Operations Leadership Team and the EA People Experience team to develop and implement programs related to studio efficiency, workflows, culture, community impact, and continuous improvement.

Your Responsibilities:
• You will build a variety of special projects and operational programs (e.g., domain mentoring and development, onboarding, continuous improvement, etc ) that have a wide impact on our strategic plans. In many cases, these projects will emanate from leadership and strategies formed to improve the development team's capabilities, products and services, culture, and operations across the full organization. In other cases, these projects may take the form of requested studio implementation support / efforts of strategies and continuous improvement plans specific to a studio.
• In partnership with the Head of Operations, you will assess our strategic program priorities and coordinate the efforts of the team to ensure the highest value efforts are prioritized and aligned with EA Strategy.
• You will identify and maintain goals (driven from a balanced scorecard approach around process delivery vs. budgetary performance vs. quality delivery vs. resource management) on an ongoing basis to measure operational performance and oversee efforts to improve performance from studio leaders.
• Guide, from an organization operations support perspective, implementation of EA inclusion and diversity practices within the studio to help the realization of EA inclusion and diversity plans from the People Experience team.
• You will coordinate the training budget and develop annual training plans in partnership with internal EA, LEAP, People Experience partners.
• Provide operational contact and support to partners in University Relations (UR), People Experience, Employer Branding, LEAP, and Talent Acquisition teams to help implement organization-related goals.
• Help with miscellaneous Central Operations projects that may be temporary or ongoing.
• You will provide leadership for operational programs including educational outreach efforts, STEAM events, community events, training events, etc.

Your Qualifications:
• You have 8+ year's experience managing large-scale strategic portfolios of business transformation and people experience programs
• With experience implementing and directing Portfolio and Program Management Offices in large organizations including developing charters, defining standard processes, success measures, and outcomes.
• Experience defining and managing performance measures, strategic planning, balanced scorecards
• You have experience in managing people
• Financial acumen or related education
• Experience with and interest / passion in inclusion and diversity practices
• Demonstrated capabilities as a change leader

US COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these states. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the base salary range and benefits for your specific location.

Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.

BASE SALARY RANGES
• California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento):
º $149,150 - $233,500
• New York (depending on location e.g. Manhattan vs. Buffalo):
º $136,000 - $233,500
• Jersey City, NJ:
º $171,100 - $233,500
• Colorado (depending on location e.g. Denver vs. Colorado Springs):
º $136,000 - $190,850
• Washington (depending on location e.g. Seattle vs. Spokane):
º $136,000 - $218,900

Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby (following 1 year of service), medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
