Our Team

The EADP Customer & Platform Enablement (CPE) team makes it easy to create and manage the entire suite of EADP services and infrastructure and to easily integrate these solutions within all EA games. We provide the interface to integrate with our diverse set of platform capabilities through our

SDK, the EA Console to let anyone provision, and manage platform capabilities, and other tools and services.

As a Senior Manager, Program Management, you will report to the Director of Program Management for CPE. You will drive development plans for our next-generation software solutions, balancing business priority and development capacity to ensure that our development teams are focused on the right work at the right time. You'll work closely with our development teams to ensure that our end products exceed customer expectations and are delivered on time with high quality. You will also drive alignment between product and the development team, ensuring that product requirements include business needs, compliance requirements, and other partner impacts so these plans can ultimately turn into products and solutions. You'll identify and mitigate risks, proactively setting customer and partner expectations around delivery timelines.

Responsibilities
• You will lead and grow a team of program managers to ensure successful delivery of key objectives for CPE products and services
• You will partner with product and engineering teams to align products and feature plans with the strategic business direction
• You will ensure project management principles are followed across all project phases
• You will build strong relationships across all team members and partners
• You will contribute to and run cross-organization initiatives
• You will analyze, remove, and prevent roadblocks to meeting defined business objectives
• You will communicate regularly with leadership on status and risk
• You will continually improve team practices based on feedback and data

Qualifications
• 8+ years technical program management experience running medium to large software programs
• 3+ years of experience managing people
• Experience working on high-scale, high-availability multi-tenant web services.
• Experience partnering across complex organizations

BC COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these locations. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the base salary range and benefits for your specific location.

Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.

BASE SALARY RANGES
• British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria):
º $114,050 - $171,750 CAN Annually

Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
