Role Overview:
Our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team helps provide strategic partnership to EA's Leadership team leaders across EA. We achieve this through engaging with our partners to understand our broad strategy, analyzing data, and delivering insights to help guide EA's performance.

This Senior Finance Manager (FP&A) role will support our Brand Marketing Teams and Marketing and Commercial Insights Team. The Brand Marketing Teams implement long-term strategic marketing programs for all franchises across the globe and are the general managers of our brand partnering with the Studios and the Marketing teams to provide exceptional player experiences. Our Marketing and Commercial Insights Team is comprised of Consumer Insights, Marketing Analytics and Dynamic Omni-channel Messaging. The Senior Finance Manager will lead a globally-located team of a Finance Manager, 3 Analysts and dotted line management of an Analyst in Hyderabad, India. You will report to the Senior Director of Finance.

What You'll Do:
• Business Partnering
o Build relationships with partners and collaborate to work toward a goal
o Lead the team to provide deep financial analysis focused on a variety of areas such as maximizing profitability or resource allocation
o Present business reviews for our leadership team leaders focused on the story (not just data) with clear insights and relevant presentation material
o Drive results by partnering on business-related projects such as modeling business scenarios and tracking performance metrics
• Financial Close, Forecasting, Reporting and Analysis
o Oversee the financial forecast and provide analysis to highlight variance drivers and identify opportunities to mitigate risk / and improve performance
o Partner with the Accounting group to manage Close deliverables, process and reporting
o Implement reporting tools
• Drive FP&A Excellence
o Identify and lead complex projects to continuously improve, automate forecasting and reporting processes
o Challenge status quo and provide alternative solutions
• Lead a team
o Set a clear vision and clear goals for your team; then hold each team member accountable
o Motivate each team member to achieve their best
o Train, coach and challenge team members to continue in their development and career path
o Reinforce the value of collaboration to achieve an objective

• Able to work collaboratively, within the group across business units/functions as a thought leader and partner

Preferred Experience and Technical Skills
• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 8 years of related financial experience
• Extensive experience with P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, reporting and analysis
• Proficiency in Accounting and general GAAP knowledge
• Excellent Excellent MS Excel and PowerPoint expertise required, knowledge in Hyperion Essbase, Tableau and Oracle preferred
