Role Overview:

As the EA SPORTS Football Club (FC) Senior Finance Manager, you will work hybrid from one of our EA offices based in North America, supporting FC Commercial Management. You will oversee and provide global franchise finance support (forecasts, reporting, and other financial modeling) on total franchise revenue and cost of sales (including revenue reductions, revenue & inventory reserves, other). To deliver these responsibilities, you will partner with many cross functional groups including EA SPORTS business partners, Franchise & Global Commercial & Marketing Finance, Accounting, and Enterprise FP&A. You will report to the FC Finance Director based in North America.

What You'll Do:
• Build relationships with partners and actively collaborate to work towards meeting financial and business objectives
• Prepare, hold, and present business reviews for leaders focused on the story (not just data) with clear insights and actionable presentation material
• Drive results by partnering on business-related projects such as modeling business scenarios and tracking performance metrics
• Financial Close, Forecasting, Reporting and Analysis
• Oversee live service, full game, other revenue financial forecast for Finance. Provide insightful partnership and analysis to increase and grow business, identify & manage risks & opportunities.
• Provide deep financial analysis focused on a variety of areas such as optimizing revenue and / or profitability and evaluating ROI of promotions
• Partner with the Accounting group to manage Close deliverables, timelines, process, and reporting
• Drive FP&A Excellence
• Identify and lead initiatives to improve, standardize and automate forecasting and reporting tools and processes
• Lead and foster a culture of inclusion where diversity is celebrated
• Train, coach, motivate and challenge team members in their development and career path

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree required
• 6+ years experience of related financial experience, Commercial Retail and Digital Revenue experience
• Experience with P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, reporting and analysis
• Demonstrated proficiency in Accounting and general GAAP knowledge
• Excellent MS Excel and PowerPoint expertise required, knowledge in Anaplan, Power BI, Tableau and Oracle

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these locations. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the range and benefits for your specific location.

Pay offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.

BASE SALARY RANGES
• California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento): º $131,600 - $213,300 USD Annually
• British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria): º $114,050 - $171,750 CAN Annually

Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. In the US, we offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity. For British Columbia, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
