Come join us! We're hiring a Senior Analyst of ESG and Sustainability to join our Global Affairs organization. You will be reporting to our Senior Manager responsible for ESG and Sustainability and be based at an EA office in either Los Angeles, CA, Seattle, WA, or Vancouver, Canada. You will assist with our ESG disclosures and the creation of our annual Impact Report. You will collaborate across teams to measure our environmental impact, complete our GHG emissions inventory, track ESG metrics, and contribute to programs that help us achieve our climate goals.
Responsibilities
• Project manage the development of our annual Impact Report.
• Coordinate the collection, validation, analysis, and communication of ESG-related data including GHG emissions inventory.
• Prepare written and visual communications for both internal and external audiences that address regulatory and disclosure obligations and reporting standards (e.g., EU CSRD).
• Research and monitor ESG issue areas, emerging trends, governance, reporting, and measurement.
• Assist in the organization and management of ESG materiality and risk assessments.
• Monitor and benchmark ESG disclosures relative to peer progress and investor expectations.
• Collaborate with our teams and supply chain partners to reduce GHG emissions and meet climate goals.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field and 2+ years' experience in ESG reporting, sustainability, or related field.
• Understanding of ESG metrics, reporting standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience producing corporate ESG reports and disclosures or responding to external questionnaires like CDP.
• Knowledge of GHG accounting methodologies and experience compiling GHG inventories.
• Experience with data analysis, carbon accounting, or ESG data management software.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these locations. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the range and benefits for your specific location.

Pay offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.
BASE SALARY RANGES
• California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento):
º $78,500 - $119,650 USD Annually
• Washington (depending on location e.g. Seattle vs. Spokane):
º $73,150 - $105,250 USD Annually
• British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria):
º $63,350 - $98,800 CAN Annually
Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. In the US, we offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity. For British Columbia, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
