Job Description
Our FC Data & Analytics team is looking for a Senior Analyst to support our Live Analytics group. You'll be part of a growing group working with the franchise's product & content teams. We're looking for someone with experience diving into large datasets to uncover insights. You'll not only be a data explorer and modeler, but also a data storyteller who will help guide the company to create extraordinary gaming experiences for our players. Examples of projects you may work on include: designing in-game experimentation in partnership with product managers and data scientists, evaluating experiment results on key player behaviour metrics, and projecting the results of future Live content experiments.

What you'll do on our team:
• Receive questions from our partners, determine the best ways that our data can help answer them, and provide those insights through dashboards, reports, or presentations.
• Work with game product managers to understand their experimentation needs and translate analysis into realistic recommendations.
• Model trends in our data to predict the ways in which new experiments will affect our performance.
• Develop insights to help our partners make informed decisions about in-game campaign planning.
• Present analyses and findings to our partners in a clear and understandable way.

What we're looking for:
• A degree in a quantitative discipline (Analytics, Data Science, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics).
• 5+ years of experience in an analytics role performing quantitative analysis with big data to help guide decisions.
• Expertise in SQL and ability to extract data from large data sources with differing structures.
• Proficiency analysing large datasets in programmatic analysis tools (e.g. Python, R).
• Experience with data visualisation software (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, Looker).
• Experience in statistical modelling (e.g. regression, clustering, predictive modelling).
