Senior Brand Marketing Manager, American Football Esports

We're looking for a Senior Brand Marketing Manager to join EA's Esports Brand team. The Esports Brand team delivers experiences that amplify tentpole brand moments from launches to major live service beats. We use competitive gaming to improve the priorities of our brands across new regions, platforms, audience targets, and game experiences. This is an important marketing role accountable for architecting and delivering global go-to-market campaigns for EA's American football esports programs, from concept to final marketing execution and live service marketing. You will be part of our Esports Brand Marketing team, reporting to the Sr. Director of Esports Brand.

Responsibilities:
• Architect marketing campaigns and lead the creation of high-quality esports marketing assets that inspire outstanding reach and positive product recognition and engagement
• Partner with the Franchise Brand team to lead the development of go-to-market strategy and multi-channel, global marketing execution for EA Football esports
• Partner with touchpoints to ensure esports brand strategies are integrated and translate to consistent, amazing experiences for fans and players.
• Use relationships with agencies, production partners and other important external partners
• Establish and evolve marketing Goals that improve viewership acquisition, engagement, retention and evangelism
• Author campaign briefs, track beat readiness and partner with marketing teams to activate campaign beats
• Work with analytics, consumer insights, and other partners to identify market opportunities and build plans to unlock them.
• Guide brand positioning exercises, partnering with product, commercial and marketing to ensure cross-discipline agreement.
• Oversee the important Brand milestone deliverables (long range roadmap, brand experience guide, business brief, player needs analysis) and presentations.

Qualifications:
• 7+ years of experience in brand development, campaign strategy, and/or product marketing
• Experience taking a product or service from consumer insight, to brainstorming, to market
• Gather and interpret data, and distill meaningful insights
• Lead partners across departments, at all levels
• Work well in a matrixed environment
• Experience in marketing, campaign management or growth in esports, video games or relevant industry sector
• Expert level knowledge in the sport and culture of the NFL and the Madden Franchise
• Passionate about video games, popular culture, esports and/or football with interest in sports experiences and digital entertainment

US COMPENSATION AND BENEFITSThe base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these states. Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.BASE SALARY RANGES • California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento): º $131,600 - $213,300 • New York (depending on location e.g. Manhattan vs. Buffalo): º $131,600 - $213,300 • Jersey City, NJ: º $154,800 - $213,300 • Colorado (depending on location e.g. Denver vs. Colorado Springs): º $131,600 - $179,600 • Washington (depending on location e.g. Seattle vs. Spokane): º $131,600 - $195,200Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
