You are here for the commercial success of the relationships with the accounts you manage at a Western Europe or regional level. You will perform strategies that are aligned with our European go-to-market targets and plans. You will report to a Regional Commercial Leader.

What will I do?

Account management
• You will oversee a distributor or a European account, which is important to EA.
• You will contribute to the sales strategy / sales forecast within the department.
• You will have full P&L responsibility.
• You will have full discretion to negotiate annual contract terms following EA guidance.
• You will forecast product launches.
• You will manage annual Customer Business plans.
• You will develop senior relationships with your account.

Retail-marketing execution
• Maximize product lifecycle revenue from reveal to launch, and beyond.
• You will work independently to manage retail marketing budgets for your account.
• You will emphasize product launches and investments following marketing strategies.

Collaboration with other internal & external partners
• You will partner with colleagues in a matrix environment.
• We enjoy working in the European Headquarters.
• You will work together with senior leadership and many company partners and external partners.
• You will work closely with the Finance team and Operations team.
• You will mentor junior staff – you will be seen as a role model within the worldwide sales organization.
• You will guide others in resolving complex issues.
• You will be an important participant in strategic projects within EU business.
• You will use standard methodology to develop commercial approaches for new markets/ projects.

What do I need?
• Fluency in English.
• You have commercial experience of at least 5 years.
• You have FMCG experience or other corporate experience of at least 3 years.
• We are intensively using collaborative systems and tools.
• You are positive, enthusiastic and motivated; able to work respectfully.
• We resolve complex issues in creative ways; to anticipate and prevent problems.
• You have the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues within processes.
• You will demonstrate commercial awareness.
• Industry-leading negotiation tactics.
• Interest in entertainment, technologies and video games environment.

What do I not do?
• Manage central investments.
