**This is a temporary position with 18-month contract

The Challenge Ahead:

Quality Analysts are embedded in Development and will test, document, and analyze the game during production.

The analyst role is a versatile role with many areas of focus and responsibilities. As an analyst, you will understand the design and ensure features are tested in the correct way and verify that the quality of the game lives up to our players' expectations.

The Next Great Quality Analyst Needs:
• An in-depth understanding of the games, how to apply testing methodologies and be able to speak to what tools will be the most effective.
• Good English Language skills (written and verbal) are necessary to communicate with the team and create knowledge sharing both internally and outside the studio.
• Above all, Quality Analysts must be game players. You have experience with different platforms, game styles, and genres. It's important to know the market so you can evaluate our games against the competition.

Qualifications:
• Previous QA Experience
• Experience with Collaboration Tools
• Experience with Different Games
• Knowledgeable on Testing Practices

Desired:
• Knowledge of Testing/Planning Tools
• Experience with JIRA or Other Defect Tracking Software
• Knowledge of American Football
• Knowledge of Madden

US COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The hourly pay ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these states. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the hourly pay range for your specific location.

EA has listed the hourly pay ranges it in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in the locations listed, as of the time of this posting. Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.

HOURLY PAY RANGES
• California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento):

º $25 - $35 USD Hourly
• New York (depending on location e.g. Manhattan vs. Buffalo):

º $20 - $35 USD Hourly
• Jersey City, NJ :

º $26 - $35 USD Hourly
• Colorado (depending on location e.g. Denver vs. Colorado Springs):

º $20 - $31 USD Hourly
• Washington (depending on location e.g. Seattle vs. Spokane):

º $20 - $32 USD Hourly

The hourly rate is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to temporary full-time employees scheduled to work 40 hours a week.
