THE ROLE

EA SPORTS FC is looking for a Program Manager to support our DEI roadmap as well as operational initiatives within the EA SPORTS FC team. You will report to the Director of Operations, EA SPORTS FC.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support, coordination and program ownership for the FC Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Council and overall strategy.
• Foster partnerships and engagement with internal communities and stakeholders to expand the impact of DEI efforts across the organization.
• Lead communication for DEI initiatives, championing inclusivity and diversity within the organization.
• Engage and collaborate with executive leadership to secure buy-in and commitment to DEI initiatives, driving a top-down approach to foster inclusivity.
• Prepare and present comprehensive quarterly updates for the executive leadership team regarding DEI initiatives, progress, and outcomes.
• Work closely with monthly DEI Council members to update and enhance content for team meetings, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Organize and lead monthly council meetings, ensuring the scheduling of actions and driving forward initiatives discussed during these gatherings.
• Foster a culture of belonging within the organization by implementing inclusive systems and designs while championing the enhancement of products and processes.
• Drive the implementation of the DEI roadmap in collaboration with the council and leadership group, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and fostering a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Educational background: Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or a relevant field
• You have experience in Project/Program Management
• You have experience providing progress updates, reporting and data analysis
• You are an excellent communicator, both verbal and written
• You are collaborative and enjoy working as part of a team
• You want to cover a broad range of topics contributing to workplace culture

BC COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these locations. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the base salary range and benefits for your specific location.

EA has listed the base salary ranges it in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in the locations listed, as of the time of this posting. Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.

BASE SALARY RANGES
• British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria):
º $63,350 - $98,800 CAN Annually

Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, and after 3 months of service - extended health/dental/vision coverage and basic life insurance.
