At EA, the EA Mobile Growth Marketing team includes Data Insights and Marketing Communications (Marcom) teams including Product Marketing and User Acquisition teams.

The FIFA Mobile Product Marketing team leads our Marcom strategy across EA SPORTS FIFA Mobile, and partners with our global studios to execute globally effective marketing in support of new game features, content deployment, continued liveops and community activations.

As the Product Marketing Manager for Integrated Communications, you will work with our EA SPORTS FIFA teams, with our FIFA Mobile Studio partners, and within the FIFA Mobile Marketing team to develop and execute compelling integrated marketing campaigns in support of key game features updates and ongoing liveops events to drive player acquisition, retention and engagement.

Reporting to the Product Marketing Director, you will be responsible for creating visibility for FIFA Mobile within the EA SPORTS FIFA Integrated Communications team to generate promotional and cross-promotional opportunities, including influencer and athlete marketing, press activity, and brand partnerships.

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the Product Marketing Director to develop global integrated communications strategy, including press, athlete and influencer marketing strategy
• Manage global integrated communications and influencer activity around key marketing beats, working within the EA Creator Network to activate creators around product updates
• Liaise with EA SPORTS FIFA integrated communications teams to identify and support promotional and cross-promotional opportunities, including brand partnerships and athlete marketing teams
• Partner with FIFA Mobile community team to manage ongoing relationships with FIFA Mobile influencer talent in support of ongoing liveops events and content deployment, leveraging the EA Creator Network
• Manage influencer content production and partner with EA Mobile Growth team Content Producer as needed

Qualifications:
• You have 3-5 years of experience in developing campaign strategy, managing marketing campaigns, and/or working within a marketing organization that partners with creators, influencers or public personalities
• You are passionate about working with creators, influencers, athletes and brands
• You understand product positioning and have experience developing key messages
• You have either developed or helped to execute a go-to-market strategy from end to end
• You are all about being creative and innovating
• You believe in the power of the player, and the importance of thinking player-first
• You have a genuine interest in football / soccer
