Quality Verification & Standards (QVS) is a global team leading Quality Verification, Certification, User Research, and Community PlayTesting for all EA products and external Studio partners.

We're searching for a Product Development Lead focused on Experiential Quality for the Battlefield franchise. You will report to the Head of Experiential Quality - Battlefield QV and be part of a dynamic team of leaders driving an important strategic pillar for EA. You will support a diverse team focused on ensuring the quality of Battlefield meets player's expectations. Our team will be integrated partners in the Battlefield product development organization, ensuring we meet the highest standards of Quality across every Battlefield experience.

The Product Development Lead plays an important role in achieving the vision for Battlefield Experiential Quality. You will build effective team processes to guide quality assessment and delivery for our players.
• Responsibilities
• Lead the execution of Experiential Quality strategy within Battlefield QV.
• Collaborate with Experiential Quality leadership in the execution of team initiatives.
• Maintain the Experiential Quality roadmap inclusive of QVS and player insight-generating activities matched to product development timelines.
• Collaborate across several teams to ensure Experiential Quality objectives are met and align with audience and franchise needs.
• Develop and support planning, communication and reporting mechanisms within and external to the Experiential Quality team.
• Identify and escalate potential risks to Experiential Quality deliveries and develop mitigation strategies.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying project bottlenecks and potential areas of improvement.

Qualifications
• Owned and delivered software development projects of large-scale and complexity.
• 10+ years of program management, project management or game development experience.
• Experience leading project execution and communicating with senior leadership.
• Experience navigating and coordinating across a variety of teams and organizations.
• Experience operating autonomously and escalating when needed.
• Experience using metrics to identify and measure improvements.
• Experience with jira, confluence and other project management tools.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these locations. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the range and benefits for your specific location.

EA has listed the base salary ranges it in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in the locations listed, as of the time of this posting. Pay offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.

BASE SALARY RANGES
• British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria):
º $160,200 - $229,100 CAN Annually
• Washington (depending on location e.g. Seattle vs. Spokane):
º $172,100 - $271,200 USD Annually

Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. In the US, we offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity. For British Columbia, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
