Job Description
For more than twenty years, Criterion Games has entertained millions of players around the world with our award-winning games. Our experienced people have expressed their passion for phenomenal game feel, AAA audio-visual quality, and technical innovation across many beloved franchises including Burnout, Battlefield, Star Wars Battlefront and Need for Speed.

We believe that healthy, engaged teams make great games, so we place enormous value on collaboration, fresh ideas, and unique perspectives. We'd love to hear yours! Crunch doesn't help make a better game. We don't do it. For the sixth year in a row, we are very proud to have been recognised by gamesindustry.biz as one of the best places to work in the UK.

Making games is fun and unpredictable, and we're all in it together. Producers are our creative drivers, listening and working with all of our crafts to set clear goals, solve dependencies and get decisions made, to ensure our games to be the best quality they can be to excite our players. A Criterion Producer defines the opportunity & the constraints for a project and for how we build a player-centric experience for our players.

What you'll do:
• Producers are at the core of everything we do. You will help others produce their best work through your guidance.
• Partner with all our Stakeholders and work with design and creative leads to define the opportunity and high-level goals for game features
• You will lead a team daily to set priorities, and share big-picture context from across the project. Be that person who brings the team together to make great creative decisions.
• Work within the Production group to solve dependencies and raise risks that impact your team.
• Collaborate with experts across different disciplines to understand constraints and implementation costs.
• Focus the team on the player experience, by maintaining a culture of playing the game together.

What we're looking for:
• Experience leading teams building AAA video games from concept to completion.
• Broad knowledge across diverse areas of game-making. A background in development/art/production is desirable.
• Respond to insights about our audience to inform our product goals.
• Experience of Agile project management processes.
