Procurement Operations Manager

Job Description

Electronic Arts Inc (EA) is looking for a Procurement Operations Manager experienced at partnering with global partners to maximize value from our supplier relationships. You will have experience and capabilities in delivering a thoughtful and user-friendly procurement experience, while using technology and in compliance with policies and procedures.

You will be an individual contributor role working on a global team and an exciting opportunity to lead teams and partner with a global purchasing team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Be an expert of EA procurement-related policies, processes, procedures, and technologies
• Maintain partner relationships to determine requirements for implementing guided buying or catalog experiences
• Develop strategy for delivering guided buying or catalog experiences globally
• Be an escalation point for global purchasing team on advising partners on procurement-related inquiries and issues
• Partner with global purchasing team to develop user guidance and training programs and materials
• Develop procurement program documentation, standard operating procedures for maintaining guided buying and catalog applications
• Partner with stakeholder groups to work on activities in compliance with EA policies and procedures
• Develop programs and best practices to improve procurement experience and performance; optimize and streamline usability of guided buying experiences
• In partnership with IT, lead the maintenance and configuration of procurement technologies, including e-sourcing, customer support, and internal applications
• Research, identify, and implement improvements to procurement digital infrastructure and applications, with the goals of reducing manual processes and improving self-service opportunities
• Promote data-driven decision-making by managing procurement performance management infrastructure, including reporting on performance metrics, driving visibility with analytics, and identifying improvement opportunities
• Participate in procurement and supplier-related projects

Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years experience, including partnering with a shared services organization
• Experience with procurement-related software
• Institute of Supply Management Certification or other industry certifications
