Principal Technical Product Manager - Physics & AI

Job Description

Reporting to the VP of product, you will oversee the physics and AI technologies in the Frostbite engine that enable amazing player experiences in EA's biggest games. You will collaborate with other product managers and functional leaders to guide the development team and maximize the value of their work for EA. Join Frostbite and help shape the future of gaming!

Key responsibilities
• Work with the Frostbite team and EA's game teams to create a long-term vision, strategy and roadmap for Frostbite's physics and AI technologies
• Communicate the vision and roadmap to Frostbite's user community, game team partners, and senior leadership across EA
• Prioritize the high-level backlog in order to guide investment and maximize return on investment for the Frostbite engineering team
• Work with the Frostbite product management team to align on the overall vision and strategy for Frostbite and co-ordinate plans
• Direct Agile Product Owners to sustainably deliver features that meet our product and quality goals
• Perform detailed analysis of the competitive landscape

Desirable Skills
• 10+ years of experience in game technology, with knowledge and expertise in physics and AI systems
• Knowledge of general product management practices and techniques
• Collaborative leader who enjoys working in a complex environment
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Occasional international travel may be required
