EA SPORTS Madden is looking for a Content Manager to write in-game messaging and manage the pipeline to our global network of players.

Responsibilities:
• Be the expert of our content schedule and ensure every detail is accurate and ready for programming.
• Manage the content pipeline by securing timely approvals from stakeholders.
• Write all in-game messaging copy, including loading screens, pop-up messages, and more.
• Work cross-functionally with content designers, artists, and programmers to create accurate and informative copy.
• Identify gaps in processes and suggest workflow enhancements.
• Follow content, social, and digital trends and best practices within and outside the gaming industry.

Experience:
• Extremely detail-oriented and organized
• Proficient with AP Style
• Understanding of player motivation and target audiences
• Familiarity with Asana, Jira, Google Suite, and Airtable is a plus
• Knowledge of the NFL and a football aficionado
• Prior copywriting experience, preferably short-form
• Prior experience managing detailed schedules and timelines
• Copywriting examples or portfolio
• BA or BS in related project management or marketing fields are a plus, but not required
