We're hiring a Manager of Web Operations to lead the team responsible for maintaining and evolving help.ea.com-the central self-service platform for EA's players around the world.
You will sit within EA's Fan Care organization and report to the Director of Web Strategy. We make sure fans can find the right help, in the right place, at the right time. You'll lead the team that keeps the content flowing, the structure sound, and the fan experience improving-day in and day out.
What You'll Do:
• Lead Web Operations for EA Help, overseeing content updates, page builds, and product lifecycle maintenance.
• Bring structure and clarity to how our team works-building processes and documentation to support a growing platform and a high-performing team.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Content Strategy, Design, and Fan Care Operational teams to plan and publish content for game launches, product milestones (big and small), and other projects.
• Guide page-level content strategy; how help pages are structured, styled so they're clear, useable, and perform well.
• Build proactive workflows, and make sure the team is focused on the most impactful work.
• Mentor a globally distributed team of Web Operations Coordinators and Specialists-promoting a culture of accountability, collaboration, and care.
What You'll Bring:
• 3+ years of experience in web operations, content management, or digital experience roles
• 1+ years of people management experience (team leadership, coaching, hiring, and performance development)
• Familiarity with headless CMS tools like Contentful
• Operational and people-centric mindsets
• You can set goals, prioritize work, and create processes to help our team achieve
• You put people at the center of your thinking whether you're designing user journeys, collaborating with partners, or coaching a team
• Bonus: Experience in gaming, entertainment, or tech, and an understanding of SEO, content modeling, or experience design
