Electronic Arts' Digital Partners & Commercial Ventures team is looking for a Subscription Commercial Planning – Manager to join our group. Our team's core function is to lead all partner planning efforts that impact EA's subscription business; including the ownership of global revenue forecasts, subscriber retention planning, commercial acquisition planning and content/member benefit planning. You will be an essential member of the team and be reporting to the Director of Commercial Planning.

Your responsibilities and contributions will be:
• Oversee EA Play Subscription's commercial planning efforts; including, annual planning, quarterly estimates, business reviews and demand reviews
• Lead forecasting and reporting efforts for EA's subscription business
• Oversee the R&O process: communicate financial performance, identify business opportunities and determine how to mitigate risks with our key internal partners
• Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g. Marketing, Partnership Development, Content Planning) to proactively identify/quantify acquisition opportunities and key retention drivers
• Play an active role in strategic projects by developing robust and actionable frameworks that can help scale the business
• Partner with our analytics team to understand member behavior
• Serve as an expert within the broader subscription team through the development of new business model assessments
• Create compelling and insightful presentations to all levels of management; storylines and insights that inspire and lead to data-centric decision making across the organization

Requirements:
• 6+ years experience in any of the following fields: finance, data analytics, corporate strategy, corporate development, strategic planning
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders; ability to manage the needs of our essential internal partners
• Exceptional quantitative skills, with an ability to explain complex concepts
• Strong project management and multitasking skillset
• Bonus Points: you have working knowledge of SQL
