With countless globally recognised brands in every scene, our games require official licenses and approvals from third parties such as car manufacturers, racing circuits and well-known international brands, handled by our Licensing Team based at our Headquarters in the Warwickshire countryside. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual, perhaps from a Marketing or legal background, to join our tight-knit, professional team and help reach their goals.
If you are great with communication and organisational skills, have a keen eye for detail, experience in research, the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines and would love to liaise with people worldwide, then you are an ideal candidate for the role. A linguist or second language would also be beneficial to support our global reach.
Duties:
• Coordinating licensing approvals
• Maintaining working relationships with internal & external parties
• Source & build licensing and research contracts network and share with the team.
• Maintain research contracts, licencing database and invoices to a high standard.
• Complete weekly report for Licensing Director.
• To obtain quotations and coordinate freelance work & items to fulfil research requirements.
• Some negotiation to securing licence deals as directed by the Licensing Director.
To be suitable for this role you will be/have:
• Strong written/verbal communications skills.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Organised and able to multi-task.
• Able to work autonomously but also a team player.
• MS Office experience.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Ideally you will also have some licencing experience
