Lead Product Manager, Employee Experience
Overview:

As part of the EA Employee Experience team, you will lead products that allow everyone at EA to do the best work of their lives. From communication, to collaboration, to work management - you will create value by solving the foundational needs of a modern hybrid workforce. You will report to the Employee Experience Product Director based in Redwood Shores, CA, but we are flexible with hybrid work. We are passionate champions of our diverse, global employees. Responsibilities:

Create product line vision, goals and roadmap based on solving customer's biggest problems
• You will work with employees to uncover underlying perspectives and pain points (focusing on the 'why') to make the case for change and decide what problems to invest in
• You will influence and collaborate with partners across all EA teams to build roadmaps and deliver products that align with EA's product ecosystem, considering industry trends, vendor market, and organizational priorities

Determine what capabilities and delivery approach will have the biggest return on investment
• You will define the EA customer journeys, process maps, and detailed user stories/requirements
• You will partner with engineering, experience design, and external vendors to assess build vs. buy options, focused on delivering simple and scalable solutions with a reasonable time to value

Manage delivery cycle to take ideas from concept to implementation
• You will refine requirements based on prototyping, hands-on testing, and iterative feedback, acting as a bridge between customer desires and technical realities
• You will lead a product team and support sprint plans, issues, and decisions, anticipating risk and ensuring focus stays on maximizing value within a timeline and resource constraints

Manage change and improve product to adapt to changing customer needs
• You will build awareness, excitement and knowledge of new features through communication and training material creation and facilitation of training sessions
• You will solicit feedback and analyze data to constantly evolve product and approach

Qualifications:
• Business/Information Technology degree or equivalent professional qualification
• Experience managing internal products and driving value for employees
• 10+ years industry experience leading system evaluations and implementations in either product, business analyst, or program management roles. Agile experience
• Experience managing resource allocation, budgets, tracking and communicating progress while managing user/leadership expectations
• Experience driving decisions, prioritizing, and adapting to changing business models and organizational structures.
• Facilitate small and large meetings/workshops, create written deliverables (presentations, requirement documentation, emails, etc.), and communicate current and future product capabilities

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these states. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the base salary range for your specific location.

Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.

BASE SALARY RANGES
• California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento):
º $125,050 - $191,050
• New York (depending on location e.g. Manhattan vs. Buffalo):
º $113,900 - $191,050
• Jersey City, NJ :
º $113,900 - $191,050
• Washington (depending on location e.g. Seattle vs. Spokane):
º $113,900 - $179,300
• Colorado (depending on location e.g. Denver vs. Colorado Springs):
º $113,900 - $154,950

Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby (following 1 year of service), medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
