The Integrated Communications Associate will work as part of the France/Benelux EA Entertainment IMT team based in our Lyon office while also maintaining a close collaboration with the Global and International Brand Marketing and Comms team. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience working in an international company within the video games industry.

Through daily engagement, you'll play a crucial role in being in charge of connecting EA and its brand in your local markets. The International Integrated Communications team will benefit from your game expertise, your capacity in building and maintaining healthy creator relationships, executing campaigns, measuring sentiment and increase our local social presence.

You'll be reporting directly to the International Creator / Social Lead who'll rely on your expertise and capacity to collaborate and communicate with other integrated teams around the business.

Key Responsibilities
• Elaborate, develop and execute content creators' campaigns across the whole EA Entertainment portfolio, from strategy to reporting.
• Activate global social/creators plans as per your local knowledge
• Be proactive and to submit your own local creator/social initiatives
• Build and maintain strong, healthy relationships with local creators and media outlets in your market
• Develop and execute local social media strategy and campaigns for the territory.
• Oversee local social/influence/PR agency when applicable
• Administrative tasks: budget management, contracts, project management etc.
• Analyze sentiment of players and provide reporting with actionable feedback to local brand teams
• Oversee online and in-person events across the EA Entertainment portfolio when applicable
• Ensure all Electronic Arts standards, policies, and processes are observed and followed.
• Maintain a positive reputation at work and within the community
• Dedicate time to playing the games you represent

Experience and Skills
• Passion and experience playing EA titles and games from other publishers
• A min. 3 years experience working in online communities, social media, journalism, online marketing, content creation or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of the influence sphere in the gaming or entertainment industry
• Ability to build strong relationships with gaming creators
• Excellent written and verbal communication flows
• Acute sense of how social media operates in the gaming industry
• Ability to present creative, personal projects as long as an ability to properly brief agencies and/or creators
• Experience with social/sentiments/product management tools/softwares
• A reliable team-player, driven by quality, solution and success
• Able to solve problems; handle a high number of tasks by setting priorities among projects; drive one-to-one conversations and negotiations round with agencies or creators.
• Ability to objectively interpret customer/community feedback and make actionable recommendations
• Bachelor's Degree (or similar) in Communications or Marketing a plus, but not essential
