Job Description
Electronic Arts seeks a veteran Global Director of Influencer Strategy and Relations to join our marketing and communication team to help build our vision of a connected Battlefield Universe. With a focus on leadership and creator relationships, you will report directly to the Global Head of Integrated Communications and work directly with Battlefield leadership as we build the future of the franchise.

You will be in Los Angeles, CA

Responsibilities
• Define the global creator and influencer strategy that contributes to our franchise marketing strategy and global aspirations.
• Include Partnership and Agency Strategies, Relationship Cultivation, and Performance Analytics
• Build our creator relationships, creator initiatives, and programs that foster growth for Battlefield and our creator ecosystem.
• Maintain an elite understanding of industry trends, creator needs, and shifts in player and creator behavior.
• Lead, inspire, and build and manage a world-class global creator relations team to deliver best-in-class creator support.
• Work with the Integrated Communications team to align the creator relationship. program to our global Battlefield community and marketing initiatives.
• Create plans and KPIs that enable results.

Qualifications
• 8+ years of experience in Influencer relations or a related role
• Experience in live service game marketing, community building, and strategic thinking.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• You must love interacting and building with the creator community.
• High quality writing skills w/ with global audiences in mind.
• Experience managing interactions with diplomacy and tact.
• Expert liaison, versatile and independent, creative solution-seeker and familiarity collaborating in a global environment.
• Experienced at utilizing analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, in-platform tools, and third-party products) to deliver data-driven insights.
• Creative thinking, maintaining focus on objectives while driving unique and thoughtful executions.
• Knowledge of AAA PC/console games, particularly FPS games and the Battlefield franchise.

US COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these states. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the base salary range and benefits for your specific location.

Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.

BASE SALARY RANGES
• California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento):

º $170,500 - $259,300 USD Annually

Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
