Job Description

The Global Biddable Media Senior Manager partners and manages the buying agencies to bring to life and activate portfolio media plans across social, programmatic and search channels in each region utilizing player and channel insights to bring our stories to the world in the most effective manner.

Responsibilities

Manage the global buying agencies: Manage and lead the relationship with the buying agency to ensure they become and effective extension of GMA to deliver the fluid media portion part of the media plans for the portfolio.
Set the parameters for fluid media success: Apply player, market and channel insights
to establish channel specific roles as a basis for defining objectives, strategies and KPIs.
Develop overarching fluid media buying strategies: Craft fluid media buying strategies
that deliver against campaign strategies at scale.
Drive fluid media buying excellence: Ensure consistent and timely execution across all
fluid media channels to deliver against campaign goals, strategies and budgets.
Ensure EA fluid media leadership: Equip all EA teams with reasons to believe in fluid
media and the role these channels play.
Drive fluid campaign efficacy: Establish and validate hypotheses relative to KPIs and
insights, and propose changes to deliver for effective campaigns
Lead a global team of buying agency managers: Inspire an unassailable sense of
shared purpose & equip, empower & enable solution-oriented creative progress.
Manage relationships with relevant fluid media vendors: Lead partner relationships
across fluid channels to deliver opportunities for future testing and innovation across search, and social and programmatic.

Deliverables
Collaborate with the Media Planning teams: Work with media planning team to
translate global briefs into plans and determine how the role of fluid media channels.
Audience Sizing and Fluid Budget Setting: Provide audience sizing by platform to help
inform minimum, optimal and maximum investment levels by fluid platform.
Responsible for creating Audience Targeting Strategy: Bring brief to life through
robust audience targeintg strategies across platforms through the use of 1st, 2nd and 3rd party data sources.
Create the Buying Agency Brief process/template: Develop templates and process for
briefing fluid media buying agency to ensure they are equipped to succeed.
Establish the KPIs for buying agency: Work with Channel Intelligence teams to quantify and qualify success metrics for fluid media channels.
Development of Fluid Best Practice: Advise on best practices for Global Media
including: team staffing, operations, media measurement, and stakeholder engagement.
Provide fluid media updates for Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly reviews: Align fluid
media approaches with commercial implications in GMA forums. Lead development of
fluid media performance reporting based on agreed upon cadence.
Collaborate with Channel Intelligence to develop channel POVs: Establish
hypotheses and work with the Channel Intelligence teams to validate or invalidate, develop insights and inform future optimization and briefs for paid and non-paid channels.
Partner closely with Marketing Operation Teams: Advise on optimal marketing tech
stack related to fluid media.

Requirements
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to galvanize and influence agencies, teams and stakeholders at all levels.
Experience working on global campaigns and partnering with multiple territories and
agencies.
Has a deep understanding of fluid media programs and data-led media activations utilized in brand-led campaigns
Has the experience to lead a team and agency to deliver and activate extraordinary branded media plans across multiple fluid channels using all the tools at their disposable to reach and excite EA's strategic targets for multiple award-winning video game franchises.
Has a solid and proven knowledge of all media (both digital and traditional) with an
understanding of how brands grow and the creative ways used to bring brands to life in an omni-channel world and the role fluid channels play to achieve that.
Has strong quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills enabling
Interest in first-party data targeting, attribution and media and campaign testing
Additional relevant languages a plus
