Finance Director (Battlefield)
Our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team provides strategic and financial partnership to EA's Leadership team. We achieve this through engaging with our partners to understand our broad strategy, provide strategic decision support, and deliver insights to guide EA's performance.

Role Overview

The Finance Director will lead business support for our Battlefield franchise, including Battlefield 2042 and future pipeline. Additionally, you will manage the overall consolidated reporting, quarterly targets, and submission process for the Battlefield franchise. You will be supported by a team of 2 and you will report to the Senior Director of Finance - Respawn & Battlefield.

You will partner with senior leaders across the Battlefield franchise including our franchise GM, VP of Development Operations, Studio GMs, and their leadership teams to own all financial elements associated with the delivery of the Battlefield franchise strategy.
• Connect key partners on financial and other important topics to drive decisions with insightful analysis.
• Deliver core FP&A responsibilities as an important partner to the studio & game teams.
• Provide guidance and recommendations on opportunities and risks for costs and revenues
• Improve processes across all teams to deliver efficiencies and quality, clear obstacles and identify opportunities.

What You'll Do
• Provide strategic advice and partnership to franchise leadership and all studios
• Manage the holistic health of the franchise, including full P&L responsibility
• Lead the financial planning process, including the long-range, annual, and quarterly planning cycles
• Establish and track performance measurements across all major offerings and projects
• Provide ad-hoc financial analysis to support our partners
• Provide guidance on core finance processes, building efficiencies and streamlining deliverables
• Manage the Battlefield team and work with our FP&A partners across commercial, marketing and corporate functions.
• Attract and mentor a team that provides insight and value to their partners
• Influence, motivate and collaborate with your partners and team
• Create a center of excellence and implement best practices, processes, and standards

Experiences & Technical Skills
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience with P&L management, budgeting, forecasting and analysis
• Proficiency in Accounting and general GAAP knowledge
• Excellent MS Excel (can perform complex functions) and PowerPoint expertise,
• Knowledge of Anaplan and Power BI or similar planning systems
• Experience with people management and mentoring teams

Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.

BASE SALARY RANGES
• California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento):
º $162,300 - $252,600
• New York (depending on location e.g. Manhattan vs. Buffalo):
º $162,300 - $252,600
• Jersey City, NJ:
º $179,850 - $252,600
• Colorado (depending on location e.g. Denver vs. Colorado Springs):
º $162,300 - $213,300
• Washington (depending on location e.g. Seattle vs. Spokane):
º $162,300 - $230,150

Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby (following 1 year of service), medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
