Live Services Scripter– UI

Location: Los Angeles, CA OR Vanouver, BC

Requirements

Be part of a small and agile team focused on feature development across Apex Legends Live Service

Strong visual design sense, and able to script'/implement UI features

Working with design and product managers to deliver UX features with analytics, tunability and testing process in mind

Experience with creating flexible UIs, allowing for ongoing experimentation and analysis

Creates clear and concise documentation to support the feature development process

Work closely with all disciplines to gather requirements, collaborate on solutions and execute on schedule

Able to take visual designs through to implementation utilizing UI Scripting Language

Able to identify blockers and work through challenging dependencies with internal and external partners

Qualifications

Passion for making and playing games.

Minimum 4 years' professional experience as a frontend engineer or UI Implementor

Scripting Language Experience (Squirrel'/LUA a plus)

Experience with large code bases and you can work on code that you didn't write.

Experience writing scalable, testable, performant code

Live Experience preferred

CS degree preferred.
