Job Description

You would report to the Global Director of UX Research to lead the UX Research teams supporting all EA Shooters franchises (Apex Legends, Star Wars Jedi, and Battlefield). You would ensure that research insights are being integrated by development partners to deliver outstanding experiences for the millions of EA Shooters players around the world.

Responsibilities:
• Create the overall strategy for Shooters UX Research at EA.
• Empower UX Researchers in Los Angeles, Vancouver, Seattle, and Stockholm to have maximum impact.
• Advocate for the player experience and the role of UX Research with game development partners.
• Ensure that UX Research is integrated into game development plans to ensure world class player experiences.
• Ensure that UX Research is properly staffed to meet the needs of development partners.

Qualifications:
• You have an advanced degree in experimental psychology (experimental, social, cognitive), human computer interaction, human factors, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
• You have 5+ years' industry experience in research design and conducting user research across platforms.
• You have 5+ years' industry experience leading research teams including research managers.
