Director, Employee Communications

You will work directly with the Global Communications leadership as well as EA's Chief People Officer and her team. You will report to the Sr. Director for Corporate Communications.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute programs that guide our employee engagement and meaningful connection to EA's business strategies
• Partner with other leaders in Global Communications to ensure best practice and effective internal response in different crisis situations
• Initiate and implement best practices for internal communication strategies and programs around change management programs
• Act as communications advisor to EA's People Experience and Inclusion, Diversity and Corporate Social Responsibility (IDCSR) teams, working with the People Experience leadership team, including our Chief People Officer
• Work with executives to implement strategic platforms internally to communicate leadership's vision and plans for EA
• Build strong relationships across the organization by providing communication guidance across the organization
• Lead and develop a team of experienced communications professionals with expertise in internal communications

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree required
• At least 10 years of experience in a matrixed organization having had a leadership role in internal'/employee communications for a global company
• Familiar with working in and bringing process to ''relationship based'' organizations
• Experience in change management
• Strong executive presence
• Superior writing and communications skills with proven ability to use communications as a creative tool to engage people
• Experience working with and managing a global agency relationship
