EA Mobile is looking for a Development Manager with experience in mobile live services and technology. Reporting to the Sr. Development Director of Mobile Technology & Analytics, you will help plan and execute projects across our vast portfolio of titles (live and in development). The Mobile Technology & Analytics team partners with teams across EA to deliver technical solutions, enabling delivery of great games to our players and growth of our business.

As the Development Manager you play a crucial role in ensuring smooth execution of projects, presentations and events. You will be part of the operations team, responsible for projects related to license management, knowledge management, operational excellence and more. You will develop processes and drive efficiencies for our organization, and have the opportunity to collaborate with multiple teams across EA.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and manage small-scale projects from inception to completion, working closely with team members and stakeholders for effective delivery
• Assist in the development and maintenance of project roadmaps, sprint plans and other project-related documentation.
• Develop a Knowledge Management Framework, driving standards for documentation, tooling and organization and presentation of our work
• Organize and facilitate key team events, including meetings, workshops, presentations and other team activities.
• Act as a liaison between engineers, program managers and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals and priorities.
• Proactively identify and address potential project risks and issues.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes and best practices within the organization

Qualifications
• 3+ years experience in project coordination or management in a technology or engineering environment
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in tools and software, such as JIRA, Confluence and Google Suite.
• Strong communication and writing skills with the ability to influence and drive to a decision.
• Experience building and organizing slide decks in a creative, clear and concise manner for project updates, team meetings and stakeholder presentations.

BC COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these locations. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the base salary range and benefits for your specific location.

EA has listed the base salary ranges it in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in the locations listed, as of the time of this posting. Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.

BASE SALARY RANGES
• British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria):

º $96,400 - $133,900 CAN Annually

Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
