[Role Overview]
As an Events Manager, you will help our Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion team produce internal signature events in collaboration with our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and partners through project management, event planning, and internal branding & comms.
[Role Responsibilities]
• Lead the delivery of various internal signature events from planning to execution with a focus on heritage and awareness months implemented by our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)
• Project manage all aspects of event and program experiences including organizing collaborative workstreams, manage budget, negotiate with external vendors and partners, producing comms and assets
• Consult with Employee Resource Groups and DEI team to identify themes, timelines, outlines, and speakers for our signature events
• Develop content and comms to promote attendee engagement, working with internal partners to build, approve, and execute - including online platforms and web pages, Slack posts, email announcements, and more
• Work with multiple internal teams to partner on deliverables (i.e. Brand & Marketing, Employer Branding, Internal Communications, IT, etc.)
• Manage speaker client experience and communication, ensuring all pre-event needs are met
• Create and maintain project dashboards and resources so DEI teams have visibility into event progress
• Review event contracts and submit contracts for review and approval by the legal team
• Conduct post-event data collection to analyze feedback and understand wins and opportunities for improvement

You have 3+ years experience…
• Curate unique and purposeful event experiences for communities of people
• Manage large-scale event projects from design to execution under tight deadlines
• Design comms and assets to market events across a variety of social channels
• Partner with multiple cross-functional teams simultaneously to achieve the same goal
• Present information and collaborate across a variety of stakeholders: external talent/celebrities, central workforce, ERGs, senior leadership, executives, etc.
• Host virtual events on online event platforms like Zoom, Bizzabo, Hopin, Whova, etc.
