You demonstrate proactive, business-oriented initiative, adept at managing multiple tasks within a dynamic, team-oriented setting. Additionally, you're a media advisor and consultant, driving Brand Partnership program performance that exceeds both internal partner and external client KPIs. You have a mix of media tech know how, analytical capabilities, and traditional media operations experience. You are a true team player with a focus on developing impactful cross-functional relationships. You will report into the In-Game Media and Sponsorship Senior Manager.

Responsibilities:
• Execute, manage, and optimize digital Brand Partnership media (including video, rich media, display, programmatic) across multiple digital platforms including mobile and console inventory.
• Test, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues associated with creative assets and third-party vendor technologies (Impression/click tracking, rich media, programmatic setup, viewability, in-demo and attribution)
• Interface with clients and sales agencies regarding asset requirements/specifications and tech capabilities
• Monitor performance and delivery status, escalate delivery and/or technical issues as necessary, and optimize sponsorship components to meet performance metrics
• Ensure accurate and complete program delivery focusing on client satisfaction (both internal and external clients)
• Work closely and communicate proactively with Sales leads and sales agency teams to ensure that revenue objectives and other success metrics are on track
• Utilize Excel knowledge to compile reporting on ad hoc basis, troubleshoot issues, and provide actionable insights in support overarching needs of the business
• Gain full understanding of all tools critical to supporting the business, including: Google Ad Manager suite of products and associated third-party and in-house technologies as well as the Boostr CRM/OMS platform
• Handle inventory requests and work with sales and account management teams to ensure Program implementations are built for success
• Extensive familiarity with video, mobile app, console and rich media formats/technologies and 3rd party vendors, programmatic setup and troubleshooting, as well as media industry trends
• Work closely with Ad Product and Business Management teams, to provide Media Operations support for testing and integration of new products and support for revenue reporting purposes

Qualifications:
• 3 years of relevant experience managing and optimizing media campaigns across multiple markets and platforms.
• Experience using multiple media serving and reporting platforms like Google Ad Manager.
• Experience with all forms of programmatic deals
• Capability to change and strategize in real-time situations and have outstanding verbal communications abilities
• Willing to pitch in where needed and work together with internal and external partners towards a common goal
• CRM/OMS experience

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these locations. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the range and benefits for your specific location.

Pay offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.

BASE SALARY RANGES

º $103,200 - $145,600 USD Annually
• New York (depending on location e.g. Manhattan vs. Buffalo):

º $92,600 - $145,600 USD Annually
• Jersey City, NJ :

º $117,300 - $145,600 USD Annually
• Colorado (depending on location e.g. Denver vs. Colorado Springs):

º $111,800 - $151,800 USD Annually
• Washington (depending on location e.g. Seattle vs. Spokane):

º $92,600 - $135,600 USD Annually
• British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria):

º $89,300 - $123,000 CAN Annually

Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. In the US, we offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity. For British Columbia, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
