Job Description
Your primary responsibility is to drive Community engagement. It is important to be highly self-motivated and creative in order to build a Community Engagement Plan tailored to the player's needs and the community's largest issues.
• You will need to be able to coordinate Community messaging across multiple teams and departments while defining a clear vision for best-in-class messaging.
• You will also be responsible for driving engagement with core players and growing high value community programs.
• Monitor sentiment and escalate critical player feedback to the team. Represent many different kinds of player's perspectives for the team during discussions.

Responsibilities:
• You will be the voice of the community, maintain a tight two-way dialogue between core players, studio, and stakeholders.
• You will help create and execute important deliverables from the global community plan.
• You will manage social media and presence on official EA channels, as well as community owned platforms. Identify and proactively resolve emerging community problems.
• You will conduct surveys, research, and feedback from the community on issues and trends significantly impacting the experience.
• You will regularly deliver qualitative Community reports on metrics, feedback, trends, game issues, and/or service risks.
• You will work closely with Development teams on overall player experience.
• You will collaborate with key integrated partners such as Brand, Comms, Social, and Development to ensure unified franchise plans.
• You will maintain a positive community presence and reputation.

Qualifications:
• Proficient in both Chinese and English.
• Deep passion and experience with fantasy media
• 3+ years of experience in community management for a global brand
• Solid understanding of/passion for mobile games, pop culture or military theme.
• Proven experience working - and a strong knowledge of best practices for operating - in online communities, social media, journalism, online marketing, or equivalent.
• Comfortable with social listening tools that monitor and analyze community sentiment, using data to inform decisions.
• Ability to objectively interpret players/community feedback and make actionable recommendations.
• Solid understanding of game development and Live Service operations.

Plus:
• Successfully launched AAA titles with a key role within Community
• Licensor, Live Service, or Operations experience
• Strong understanding of fantasy media
• Content creation expertise
