Job Description
As the Global Commercial Organization, we create the global commercial success of EA around the world by focusing on:
• Commercial Partnerships: We are the global commercial organization that manages all of our commercial partnerships, including physical, digital, platform and brand.
• Commercial focus on our markets: We're accountable for ensuring we deeply understand our markets. This includes all aspects from the front lines of the local player experience, to the activities of our competition and business models. Through a commercial lens, it is our responsibility to find the right opportunities for EA in-market globally and then lead the execution.
• We develop plans that are commercially responsible for bringing together all lines of revenue across the business
• Commercial operators: We're commercially and operationally responsible for delivering our games and millions of assets to many partners throughout the world.
• Reporting to the Head of Commercial Markets - Asia

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Implement the commercial strategy and P&L for the region through management of local business development, distribution and first party partnerships, platform mix, pricing, product life cycle to achieve revenue/profitability targets.
• Provide regular feedback on essential market/consumer insights, business metrics, title performance, and local opportunities back to the business
• Manage the regional distribution partners across IMEA and GSEA (Packaged Goods)
• Participate in IMEA/AsiaCo meetings to align the local strategy with the international plans
• Work with the Head of Commercial Markets and Director of Commercial Markets to implement the future strategy for growth in the region
• Maximize the transition to digital following the 3-year HD strategy framework
• Implement growth plans across Shooters and Football genres to grow the player network and expand EA's footprint in the region
• Work with digital distribution partners to create new avenues for revenue generation – Digital at retail, Telco's etc

QUALIFICATIONS
• You have 8+ years experience managing essential businesses and achieving sales success
• Knowledge of the Middle East, India & Africa region
• You are a team player who adapts well to the environment
• You incorporate data and insights when making decisions
• Experience building relationships with partners from varied backgrounds and sectors
• You have experience working on live service games
