Associate Quality Designer

Summary

EAX QV is looking for someone to fill an Associate Quality Designer (AQD) role working on EA connect to implement our quality strategies. You will also work directly with a partner game team integrating EA connect. You will report to a QV Manager on the team.

Responsibilities
• Validates features and end-to-end flows with partners ensuring the quality of the features and player experience
• Contribute to test strategies and test plans to ensure feature delivery
• Help to guide Bug Prevention and Containment initiatives for EAX QV
• Promote the player experience throughout your work
• Use telemetry and metrics to monitor the health of the product and identify potential issues
• Identify opportunities for automation and reducing manual effort, partnering with the automation team to deliver the highest value.

Required Qualifications
• 2+ years QV experience or similar role
• You can work in remote or hybrid environment
• Experience testing across multiple gaming consoles
• Experience working with teams and individuals in other locations
• Experience with automation test strategies and their benefits
