The EA Create Animation team provides high-quality facial animation and body motion performances for in-game, cinematic and narrative sequences.

Key Responsibilities:
• You will create high-quality character/creature body and facial, props, vehicle animations
• You will provide content that meets technical requirements
• You will perform as an essential contributor of the animation production process
• You will integrate animations to the game while ensuring technical constraints are met
• You will mentor the junior animators
• You will work with TA, Leads and Art Directors to ensure animation meets technical and game play requirements
• You will make sure all work is clean and organized with regards to assets within each file and file structure and storage

Requirements:
• 4+ years of professional character animation experience using Maya, Max, or equivalent
• Have the experiences on both key-frame animation and mo-cap clean up
• Have the experiences mentoring junior animators
• Have flexible animation style
• Experience with traditional animation principles (timing, spacing, squash and stretch) and can demonstrate that knowledge
• Understanding of creative and technical challenges to video game animation
• Animation fundamentals with a focus on human movement
• Provide accurate time estimates for tasks and meet production deadlines
• Open to receive and act on constructive feedback
• Passionate and smart problem- solver
• Solid organization skill. Take direction and seek for clarification
