Job Description
Responsibilities
• Provide project management support for promotional marketing campaigns and field marketing activities
• Manage creative asset requests for partners and agencies, including securing NDAs
• Manage premium development for key TV properties with third party agencies including creative brief development, agency and vendor communication, asset deliverables, approvals process, inventory management, and campaign recaps
• Build presentation decks for key meetings, pitches, and presentations
• Present Promotions and Field Marketing updates as needed in various meetings
• Manage departmental budgets, handling all purchase orders, invoicing, and tracking
• Input legal contracts
• Manage SOW process for vendors

Qualifications/Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in strategic marketing at a studio, advertising agency or large brand
• Bachelors degree
• Experience working with production executives and/or creatives
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop clear and consistent messages across many different stakeholders and clients/partners
• Creative, strategic thinker who is resourceful and self-motivated
• Possesses a strong initiative/follow-through and is able to anticipate the needs of key executives
• Adept at multi-tasking and prioritization
• Proficient in Microsoft and Google software suites; Knowledge of Keynote and Photoshop a plus
• This person must be flexible, entrepreneurial, resourceful, professional, and a team player
