The Disney Entertainment segment includes the company's full portfolio of entertainment media and content businesses globally, including streaming.

The Digital Marketing Center of Excellence Operations Team supports the Disney Entertainment Theatrical & Brand Marketing Teams. This group is responsible for leading and overseeing Business Operations, YouTube Operations, and Social Platform Operations, the management of YouTube policies, monetization of channels, account governance and the centralization of tools, vendors, and systems. Additionally, this team works closely with Tech, IT, Anti-Piracy, Legal, Finance, and Platforms on product and feature rollouts, vendor management and payments, and serves as the main point-of-contact for all Social & YouTube Best Practices for the COE.

Reporting into the Senior Manager, Digital Marketing Operations, the Operations Coordinator will support The Disney Entertainment Digital Marketing COE Ops team. Supporting the Brand, Studio, and Title Marketing team on day-to-day operational request - social account acquisition, setups, brand safety checks, and granting permissions for internal employees and approved vendors.

The Operations Coordinator should be well versed in the YouTube ecosystem and backend network, with a solid understanding of channel categorization, policy settings, monetization, geo-targeting, and publication. This role will help support TWDC CMS environment, ensuring all accounts are managed according to company guidelines and industry standards. This role will also support day-to-day invoicing and payment request, ensuring all payments are properly coded to the appropriate LOB.

They should be collaborative, result driven and detail-oriented, with a strong understanding of all social, digital, and emerging platforms. They should also be able to shepherd multiple initiatives at a time within a fast-face environment while promoting best practices across all workflows.

Responsibilities:
• Secure social accounts across all platforms for the larger network and collaborate with platform partners to troubleshoot issues that may require additional escalation
• Perform quarterly updates and resets of all account logins according to brand safety and CyberSecurity best practices
• Liaise with internal partners and all external platform reps and collaborates with key CyberSecurity and Anti-Piracy stakeholders to troubleshoot and route issues
• Conduct internal audits of owned channels and networks to streamline operational workflows
• Manage quarterly audits for internal network channels
• Execute permission requests for all CMS across TWDC by enforcing security and access controls
• Support on-boarding of new payees and investigating payment delays and issues
• Support pipeline of requests with Royalties Processing Team and communicate necessary resources and timelines to stakeholders

Basic Qualifications:
• 1+ years of experience in social/digital marketing
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (excel, word), Google Doc, Box
• Previous experience with CRM tools – Salesforce, AirTable, Zendesk
• Solid understanding of Social Media platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tik Tok.
• Proficient understanding of YouTube CMS system
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills coupled with the ability to communicate and implement operational processes.

• Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing workplace
• Able to be nimble and adapt quickly to new technologies and processes

Preferred Qualifications:
• AA or BA in Digital Marketing, Marketing or business admin/relevant degree preferred

The hiring range for this position in California is $57,900 to $77,500 per year based on a 40 hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
