Job Summary:
The candidate will work on the Company's subscriber panels, representing some of the major publication brands. The role would entail routine management of the panels and working closely with and assisting, the Consumer Insight and Strategy team in Bangalore and the US.
Roles & responsibilities:
• The position will be responsible for routine management of the panels, panel project management, internal client service, vendor management, and extensive interactions with Researchers working on these publications/brands.
• Understanding project scope, developing a detailed sampling plan and feasibility counts; setting up and implementing new and ongoing projects in terms of sample draw, Email invite creation, setting up incentives/points against each online project, etc.
• Manage all integrated marketing communication based on the planning and scheduling of projects
• Be the go-to person for all panel-related information – act as the primary contact for brand managers to access and optimally use the panel
• Lead discussions and encourage panelist participation in forums and communities
• Help build brand loyalty through panel engagement.
• Manage online panel database, provide timely status reports, send email blasts, project analysis, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Take full responsibility for projects assigned by meeting the timeline expectations, quality standards, and effective sampling.
• Programming/QC of surveys into survey platforms, Decipher on demand
• Address panelist queries within the SLA (8 hours, 24 hours, 48 hours, etc.) with suitable responses and close issues/tickets raised
Mandatory Skills
• Good English communication skills – both written and verbal.
• Graduate/Post Graduate experience in database management or online sample management, or project management in the market research or Online Panel organization. Preferably a CS background.
• Ability to build effective relationships.
• Highly detail-oriented, strong commitment to the timely execution of tasks
• Knowledge of programming languages and/ or web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery)
• Experience of working with Microsoft Office Tools
