Content Strategist, Lifecycle Marketing
About The Position
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Lifecycle Marketing Content Strategist to join the Audience Growth team and help support user growth, engagement, and retention for MyRecipes. This role is ideal for a marketing professional who has a strong writing background and passion for lifecycle marketing.
Role Overview:
As the Content Strategist, Lifecycle Marketing, you'll play a key part in writing copy and shaping the content strategy of our lifecycle program, including writing our recipe newsletter. Working closely with our Associate Director of Lifecycle Marketing, you'll help coordinate and execute data-driven campaigns that foster long-term relationships with users and deliver measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities
• Copywriting and Content Strategy:
• Write engaging, action-oriented copy for lifecycle campaigns-including onboarding flows, win-back emails, and acquisition campaigns.
• Own the content strategy of our recipe newsletter with data-driven insights and a pulse on what's trending in the food space.
• Campaign Execution:
• Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing lifecycle marketing campaigns across email and browser.
• Help coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, and workflows to keep projects organized and on track.
• Optimization & Learning:
• Support and execute A/B and multivariate testing to continually refine messaging across lifecycle touchpoints.
• Assist in monitoring campaign performance and user behavior to optimize lifecycle programs and LTV.
• Stay on top of lifecycle marketing trends and best practices to ensure MyRecipes stays ahead of the curve.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with teams across the organization to tell a cohesive story across every lifecycle marketing touchpoint and ensure a consistent brand voice.
The Role's Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements:
Hybrid 3x a week- NY & Des Moines
In-office Expectations: This position is hybrid in-office, with the ability to work remotely for up to 2 days per week.
Education:
Bachelors degree and/or equivalent experience
Experience:
3+ years
Specific Knowledge, Skills, Certifications and Abilities:
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to adapt to brand voice and audience needs
• Strong organizational and project management skills; able to manage deadlines and coordinate across teams
• Collaborative, receptive to feedback, and eager to contribute to a fast-moving team
• Passion for Food: A genuine interest in food, cooking, and digital innovation is a plus!

Pay Range
Salary: New York: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00
