Studio Distribution Supervisor

Job Description

Overall Purpose of the Role

To execute Sales and Trade Marketing activities regarding movies being theatrically distributed among CIS countries. Manage and develop successful commercial relationships with local distributors and other existing and new partners.

Working closely with the Head of Theatrical CEE & CIS and CIS distributors and together with them will participate in developing and implementing Studio sales and marketing strategies/plans locally.

This role will require you to be onsite 4 days a week.

Areas of Responsibility
• Close cooperation with Head of Theatrical CEE & CIS and Studio & Integrated Marketing for the region in implementing sales/distribution & marketing strategies and delivering the results.
• Co-operation with local Sub-distributors across CIS markets.
• Sales documents co-ordination and archive (general agreements, reports, sales analysis, etc.)
• Ensure information, estimations and results are submitted in relevant TWDC systems.
• Build good relationship and liaise with other teams within the CEE & CIS regions.
• Co-operation with Regional Office in London, as well Localization team.
• Monitoring exhibitors' activities in the market.

Experience and Professional Qualifications Required
• Proven experience within sales at relevant level
• Experience in general sales/marketing required
• Any experience with business-to-business and/or affiliate sales is a plus
• Formal management and/or sales/marketing related education is desirable

Skills Required
• Proficiency level in Russian and English language is a must
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Familiar with the industry and up to date with trends/technology/solutions
• Must be capable of acting with a high degree of autonomy
• Pro-active and business minded
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Great attention to detail but result rather process driven
• Credible at all levels
• Ability to sell ideas, concepts, and gain trust
