Job Description
Sr. Manager, Creative Project Management
The Disney+ Creative Operations team is responsible for operational and production support behind Disney+ Brand, Bundle, and Post-Theatrical creative development for AV and Static campaigns. They ensure schedules, budgets, and guidelines are adhered to, backout schedules are created, and target delivery dates are met. The Sr. Manager of Creative Operations will be responsible for overseeing the Project and Asset Management team as well as managing various creative projects from inception to completion. This is a high-impact role requiring a strategic thinker, problem solver, and a right-hand partner. A passion for creative operations and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Responsibilities:
Project Management Team Oversight
• Lead, mentor, and oversee the Disney+ Creative Project and Asset Management team, ensuring seamless execution of all creative projects.
• Develop and implement project management processes to optimize workflow efficiency and on-time delivery.
• Identify process improvements and develop innovative solutions to enhance project workflow.
• Act as a key liaison between Creative, Marketing, and Production teams, ensuring cross-functional collaboration and efficiency, and escalating issues as they arrive to management.
Overarching Project Management Duties
• Manage complex creative projects, including scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication.
• Oversee and enforce adherence to project timelines, ensuring all milestones are met and potential roadblocks are proactively addressed.
• Maintain and communicate project status updates to key stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
• Facilitate communication of timelines, assets, status updates and potential risks internally to Creative team leadership.
• Oversee financial tracking and budget management for assigned projects.
Individual Projects
• Manage schedules ensure they are delivered are on time. Communicate with Creative Director and agencies on schedules.
• Create contract requests for creative agencies.
• Route all creative assets through legal, franchise and additional stakeholders for signoff prior to moving into production.
• Manage invoice submissions for vendor payment.
• Serve as the lead producer on all OOH campaigns, managing creative development, production timelines, and asset deliveries.
• Work directly with vendors and media partners to ensure seamless execution of OOH placements, including digital, static, and experiential activations.
• Ensure all OOH creative meets technical specifications, legal requirements, and brand standards.
Expertise
• Strong understanding of Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising, including printed, digital and experiential placements.
• Deep knowledge of OOH production specifications, timelines, deciphering media buys and best practices of execution.
• Comprehensive understanding of AV production processes, from concept to completion, including pre-production, production, and post-production phases.
• Proven ability to manage AV production timelines, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Required Education and Experience:
• At least 7 years of experience in creative project management, preferably within the entertainment, media, or streaming industries.
• Bachelor's degree. Preferably a degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Cinema/Television or related field.
• Worked at either a studio, network, or agency environment with knowledge of the layers and processes behind creative marketing.
• Expertise in creative production workflows across AV and static assets.

Preferred Education and Experience
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Airtable or similar platforms.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, creative agencies, and vendors.
• Understanding of asset timelines, production and delivery for AV and Static assets.

Skills and Capabilities
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, make decisions, and change course of action quickly.
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage accountability well across multiple work streams.
• Keen eye for detail, and ability to direct agencies and internal teams in a proactive, productive, and positive manner.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Demonstrate ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and within a matrixed reporting environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to ensure successful interactions, strong working relationships and the ability to interface with varied levels of management, peers and partners across varying teams
• Highly collaborative creative sensibility, with ability to be open minded to feedback and always seeking out the best idea, not just their own idea.
• Understanding and open-mindedness to data and analytics helping guide creative choices. Ability to work collaboratively multiple creative and executive stakeholders and come from a place of ''yes''.
The hiring range for this position in Burbank, CA is $124,900 - $167,500 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
