Job Description
The Addressable Solutions team is responsible for setting Disney Advertising's strategy to drive addressable sales opportunities into the marketplace, focusing on audience, formats, and platforms. The team is designed to meet the business needs and accelerate revenue around performance and audience-based solutions. The team works to communicate the value proposition for Disney Advertising addressable products and new ad capabilities through strategic storytelling and market demand assessment. Addressable Solutions works with key stakeholders in Addressable Sales, Ad Products & Technology, Pricing & Planning, Analytics, Ops, Sales Enablement, Research, and Streaming/Brand Solutions to ensure the approach is inclusive.

Job Summary:

Your primary mission is to elevate our ad sales revenue by spearheading advancements in our ad product offerings. This entails pioneering new ad solutions and nurturing internal and third-party vendor partnerships to ensure our competitiveness. Additionally, you'll serve as the go-to expert for our sales and client teams, providing invaluable support and guidance as they navigate the intricacies of our ad product suite.

Your contributions will be instrumental in driving our revenue growth trajectory. By introducing innovative ad products, streaming commerce, and equipping our sales teams with the tools and knowledge they need, you'll facilitate increased market penetration and revenue generation. You will also need to stay active in staying ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to keep us leading in the digital advertising landscape.

Manage and supervise team Coordinator.

Responsibilities and Duties of the Role:
• Partner with Ad Experiences, Sales Enablement, Pricing & Planning, Ad Ops, Ad Policy, and Addressable Sales to develop and bring new or optimized Ad Products to market.
• Manage and collaborate with third-party ad vendors to vet new ad formats with Legal, Product, and Enablement teams, qualify ad capabilities for custom solutions proposals, brainstorm Disney-specific templated formats, obtain quarterly benchmarks and creative repositories, and serve as day to day point of contact for inbound and outbound questions.
• Produce and maintain go-to-market sales materials and supporting resources for Disney's suite of addressable ad experiences
• Serve as Ad Experiences subject matter expert and day-to-day point of contact for Sales and Streaming/Entertainment Solutions questions, pitch recommendations, and brainstorming. Join internal and external meetings to communicate Ad Product offerings and capabilities.

Education, Experience/Skills/Training:

Education
• College degree or equivalent work experience in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
• Digital Marketing, Advertising or Strategy preferred

Experience
• 7+ years at a media company, agency, or sales organization working in advertising, sales marketing/communications, or ad solutions role; digital experience required
• Basic knowledge of marketing and advertising principles, including key drivers of digital advertising revenue, product capabilities and technology; digital planning, operations, and revenue yield management knowledge a plus
• Track record of collaboration and project management across functional areas
• Experience managing multiple work streams and prioritizing work that has the most urgency and impact
• Understanding of ad performance metrics and research with ability to analyze, interpret and integrate data into persuasive stories

The hiring range for this position in New York, NY is $138,400 - $172,900 per year and in Santa Monica, CA is $135,000 - $165,000 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
