Key Roles and Responsibilities
Require a marketing trained personnel to represent as Disney+ /Disney+ Hotstar Marketing Lead to manage Disney+ /Disney+ Hotstar Distribution Partners and Promotion Partners across the SEA markets.
Partner Marketing Management
• Working closely with Integrated Marketing to align on upcoming key content title pipeline and marketing plan.
• Plan and strategize to integrate Disney+ / Disney+ Hotstar into existing and upcoming partner activations to promote Disney+ key content titles
• Create cross-partner opportunities to help drive conversion and other key KPIs for Disney+ / Disney+ Hotstar partners.
• Create and drive marketing value for both internal and partner marketing and drive conversion.
• Measure and evaluate the marketing effectiveness, and think of ways to improve the reach and effectiveness
• Track and ensure Distribution Partners' marketing spend commitment are on track.
• Implement partners' campaigns and activations – both online and offline
• Manage Internal and External Marketing expectation and timeline
Asset Management
• For Pre-approved Asset (* Standard 1 artwork applies to all markets and partners)
• Proactively source for Global Asset (social, digital, video, still ) for partner use across various multiple Disney resource space.
• For Customize Asset, Multi-titles Asset
• Proactively source for Promotional Partner Asset
• Submit for Burbank approvals on Zendesk, PAS and liaise with internal stakeholder (legal, brand and marketing, lifecylce) for approval. and implement partners' campaigns and activations – online and offline
Requirements
• Diploma or equivalent experience
• 1-2 years promotions/marketing/3rd party partnerships experience
• Creative/sponsorship/marketing/sales background
• Experience of multi-national, fast-paced, progressive commercial organisations
• Experience of working in a multi-cultural environment
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills
• A self-starter capable of working independently but also as part of a team
• Positive attitude, highly organized, and deadline oriented
