Job Description
Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures represents all brands of the Walt Disney Company. Domestic Theatrical distribution sells, distributes and markets to movie theatres throughout the US and Canada.

The Theatrical Distribution team manages all theatrical licensing and in-theatre marketing for the US and Canada. The executives manage a large sales and marketing team that mostly interface with Theatrical Exhibitor Partners, such as AMC, Regal and Cinemark. Additionally, the team manages all vendor relationships, both from the creative and the technology sectors of the Distribution/Exhibition community. This Executive Assistant will be responsible for the day-to-day workings of the 6 Vice-Presidents of Theatrical Distribution. The job would mostly entail administrative and cross-functional support for each VP and their respective departmental needs.

Responsibilities:
• Understand your executives' priorities, manage calendars, respond to and send out meeting requests, and ensure schedules are kept up to date and accurate, resolve meeting conflicts and handle reschedules to accommodate more urgent and time sensitive request
• Travel and Expense – Create Travel Itineraries and process subsequent expense reports providing support for company systems and processes
• Interface directly with other executives and their support teams ensuring clear and concise communication across the various departments and teams
• Act as ''Casual Buyer'' across the Sales dept/team– ordering supplies, creating purchase orders (PO's) and processing departmental invoices
• Take the lead on coordinating events and directing interfacing with studio facilities to troubleshoot general office and IT issues

Minimum Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience supporting business executives in large organizations in an administrative role
• Sharp written and verbal communication skills
• Strong proficiency with all types of computers, phones and office equipment, as well as mastery of Microsoft Office programs, SAP, Concur T&E
• Desire to immerse yourself fully and learn all aspects of your executives' business
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize deadlines/deliverables
• Complete reliability handling confidential, often highly sensitive information
• Desire to truly be helpful to your leaders and co-workers, to go the extra mile without being asked

The hiring range for this position in Burbank, CA is $53,300 to $71,300 per year based on a 40-hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
