Executive Assistant, Casting (Disney Entertainment Television)

Disney Entertainment Television is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to support the Head of Casting. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented, and resourceful individual who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and has a passion for the entertainment industry.
As the Executive Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the Head of Casting by managing complex administrative tasks, anticipating needs, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. You will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, including talent, agents, and senior executives, and help drive the success of the Casting department.

Responsibilities:
• Provide high-level administrative support to the Head of Casting, including managing a dynamic calendar, coordinating meetings, and preparing for daily engagements.
• Act as a trusted liaison between the Head of Casting and internal teams, talent representatives, and external partners.
• Handle all communications with professionalism and discretion, including phone calls, emails, and written correspondence.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including detailed itineraries and logistics.
• Prepare and process expense reports in a timely manner.
• Draft, edit, and format presentations, casting memos, and other documents with accuracy and polish.
• Track deadlines and deliverables across multiple casting projects and ensure timely follow-up.
• Support casting events, talent outreach, and internal presentations as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
• Provide general office support to the Casting team, including managing supplies and coordinating with facilities as needed.
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of executive support experience on a high-volume desk, preferably in Studio environments.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with high-level executives, talent, and partners.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Sound judgment and discretion in handling confidential matters.
• Self-starter with a proactive mindset and strong organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience using Concur, SAP, Workday systems, Airtable, and Zoom.
• Familiarity with IMDB, Studio System, ESN, VPO, PIX, CastIt, and FastCapture.
The hiring range for this position in Burbank, CA is $64,300.00 to $86,200.00 per year based on a 40-hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
