Coordinator, Synergy (Disney Entertainment Television)
The Synergy Coordinator reports to the Manager, Synergy on the Disney Entertainment Integrated Planning & Synergy team. The Synergy Coordinator project manages execution tactics for Synergy Campaigns for Disney Entertainment Television's media networks. This role supports the Synergy Amplification team on all aspects and development of a Synergy Campaign including, but not limited to, the creation of overview documents, project trackers, assets, presentations, and meetings. The Synergy Coordinator is also responsible for being the liaison for both Synergy Amplification teams as it pertains to cross-functional needs such as deadline trackers, print/digital/broadcast placements, and presentation development.
Responsibilities:
• Assist the Manager, Synergy in supporting Synergy Amplification efforts across DET shows and properties.
• Manage asset organization for internal teams and partners.
• Communicate with Synergy partners on status update for project tactics and Synergy placements.
• Populate documents/forms for project needs including creative briefs, contracts, and creative work orders.
• Ideate unique tactics with Manager, Synergy in support of DET titles.
• Spearhead Synergy recap document and deck at the end of each campaign.
• Secure metrics from various partners across The Walt Disney Company in support of campaigns.
• Regularly update cross-functional team documents to ensure the information is up to date.
• Act as liaison for Synergy Amplification cross-functional team needs such as deadline trackers, pitches, decks, meetings and synergy print, digital and broadcast placements, as well as be a knowledgeable representation for the team.
• Follow and support invoice payment process.
• Regularly collaborate with Synergy Integrations on in-room reels by securing content for activations and Airtable.
• Coordinate asset routing and approvals.
• Secure agenda items and takes notes as needed for various meetings.
• Facilitate daily ad hoc requests from DET partners.
• Maintain broad understanding of the DET landscape and Synergy Amplification's role in the promotion of priority content.
• Assist on shoots, events and activations as requested.
Basic Qualifications:
• 1+ years of relevant experience in a fast-paced environment or in TV production.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as independently.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organization skills.
• Innovative thinker with a proven ability to solve problems creatively.
Preferred Qualifications:
• 1+ years of relevant experience in a fast-paced environment or in TV production.
• Familiarity with managements tools such as Smartsheet and Airtable.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, iWork, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in supporting 360 Marketing Campaigns.
• Enthusiasm for Disney Branded Television programming.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
Required Education:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
The hiring range for this position in Burbank, CA is $52,400 to $70,200 per year based on a 40 hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
