Job Description
The Assistant Manager, Human Resources, Southeast Asia is responsible for supporting OD and Talent Solutions (OTS), Employee Engagement initiatives and providing HRBP support in Southeast Asia. The successful candidate must possess basic business partnering skills, be able to come up with creative out-of-box solutions and be a good team player.

Key Responsibilities
OD and Talent Solutions
• Partner with the SEA OD and Talent Solutions (OTS) Lead to observe, diagnose, consult, plan and implement needed OD, L&D, Talent and/or DE&I local initiatives
• Independently lead and manage assigned OTS projects from exploration, development, delivery and results assessment stages using sound and organized project management tools and techniques
• Collaborate with project team members within the OTS/HR team and external vendors/ partners to deliver outcomes within timelines
• Define needed governance, policies, and procedures to support and keep traction on assigned projects; regularly update and close loop on overall progress, issues resolutions and other matters raised

Employee Engagement
• Partner with the SEA Employee Engagement team to plan and execute employee engagement initiatives for SEA, as well as measure overall effectiveness of these activities
• Maintain the overall SEA Employee Engagement calendar
• Lead the conceptualization and organization of campaigns and activities to boost employee engagement, enhance employee wellbeing and improve collaboration
• Own marketing and communications strategy for OTS and employee engagement initiatives
• Manage the monthly cast member bulletin with Corporate Communications team

HRBP support
• Support business growth and strategy execution from an HR perspective
• Partner with assigned client groups to drive people initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Provide HR partnership, for both strategic and operational initiatives, day to day HR support and execution of strategies for assigned client group
• Pro-actively manage daily / annual HR process for Headcount Planning (AOP), Performance Management, Organizational Change, Merit planning, and Talent Succession Planning
• Assess employee training and development needs to address performance gaps
• Advise the leaders and employees on policies and processes, including but not limited to performance management and employee relations
• Keep the business leaders informed on industry HR trends which may affect the business and build strong credible relationships to get buy in for HR initiatives
• Engage with the COEs, such as Global HR Operations, C&B, OTS, TA, and Employee Relations to ensure seamless execution of HR deliverables
• Assist in org design work when required
