Job Description
Part time Ad Sales Planner Coordinator (2.5 months contract)Are you detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about media and advertising operations? We're looking for a Part-Time Ad Sales Planner Coordinator to join our dynamic team for a short-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in campaign management and media planning across multiple channels.
What You'll Be Doing:
• Schedule and position commercial spots across our channels to optimize inventory yield.
• Manage and process purchase orders from media agencies and direct advertisers.
• Oversee advertising campaigns within our internal systems.
• Coordinate video ad delivery via material platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Mydas software.
• Maintain accurate records and provide regular reports to the Team Manager.
What We're Looking For:
• A proactive and versatile team player with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
Your Background:
• A first experience in administrative or analytical roles.
• Degree in Media or a related field.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
